When we moved up to North Carolina in the early 2000s, we spent a lot of time seeking out local tourism and finding the state parks. One such park was Raven Rock State Park. They have a great detailed page of the individual trails here, and the map.
We never did the horse trails, but over time did manage the rest of the trails. It’s been long enough, that I don’t remember much of the trails, other than the Campbell Creek Loop Trails kicked our butt at the time. (Probably still would). At 4.5 miles it has a lot of ups and downs.
The Overlook on Raven Rock Loop Trail is worth it and is quiet beautiful.
