To migrate your notes from UpNote to Bear:

Export notes from UpNote for Mac

• Select all the notes (Press ⌘A on Mac) in UpNote
• Select Export from the 3 dot menu (⌘E)
• In the Export menu, select Export As “Separate Documents”
• Click Export to Markdown, and optionally tick “Includes additional data”
• Click the export button

Import into Bear

In Bear for Mac, import your notes using File → Import From → Markdown Folder and selecting the folder containing the exported files.
